This is just a short and sweet email to give you an update on the Hoodoo Almanac and custom candle burn statuses. I have unfortunately been having some serious health issues that have made me behind a bit. I even ended up in the hospital. I have since had some med adjustments and am getting better but it will take me a minute to get completely caught
up.
I do not do candle burns for folks when I am sick as I cannot give it my all when I do. So, for now, until I get all the burns done, I won't be taking any new candle burns on. This is just a temporary pause, but I want to be able to get the last few done. I have 2 left to complete so as I said, it won't
be too long of a pause before I can accept new custom order requests.
As for the Hoodoo Almanac 2025, it is finished. The only thing we are doing now is final editing. This would have been completed but I ended up in the hospital, so I was unable to do the detail-oriented work necessary to finish it and get
it to print. I have help with editing now and we are making mad progress to our end goal. The good news it the Hoodoo Almanac is not heavily date-dependent. They never have been. That means you can reference them at any time this year or in five years for pertinent information. And if you follow the official Hoodoo Almanac blog, you will find monthly information and articles to keep you in the loop.
The rest of our orders are on schedule so no worries there. My son takes care of filling them, so we are not behind in orders. Please feel free to continue shopping with us as usual. Our current turnaround is approximately two weeks, give or take a few days.
